Order Requests
There are no order minimums when placing orders for delivery or pick up at our locations. Still Pond Nursery Sales wishes to be your partner in supplying material for any job; or inventory need; whether it be large or small.
All first time deliveries or pick ups will be C.O.D. We have a credit application (see button at bottom of page) available for consideration of future terms.
Product
Still Pond Nursery Sales issues no warranty regarding any of its products, or any guarantee expressed; or implied. We do ensure that all plant material will be shipped in good and viable condition.
Customer Yard Pick Up
While we do accept that some customers prefer to pick up their product, Still Pond Nursery Sales will not be held responsible for any and all plant material after it has been loaded and secured. We do expect prior to loading that the vehicle is safe and properly equipped with strapping (if necessary) and nursery grade tarp(s) for proper handling our product. Still Pond Nursery Sales reserves the right to refuse loading material on any vehicle or trailer we feel unsafe to load or transport.
Material Delivery
We have several options available for delivering our product to meet the specific requirements of each individual order.
We maintain relationships with dependable and insured independent logistic professionals who also have a wide range of trucking options available.
Price quotes are subject to change based on fuel rates, time of quote to time of delivery and length of time to unload product.
Due to the Electronic Logging Device mandate imposed on our carriers, we will require time limits to unload product at site location. Time exceeding this limit will be charged accordingly.
Tax
We assume all customers to be taxable if material is picked up or delivered in Maryland unless we are provided a Maryland Resale Certificate (see button below).
