We manage our own fleet of small delivery trucks and maintain relationships with several independent contractors who are insured and specialize in nursery stock deliveries.
Our staff will arrange logistics to meet your specific job site or yard delivery needs.
Terms for delivery using any of our independent carriers are generally C.O.D. unless otherwise approved by the carrier and communicated by a Still Pond Nursery Sales representative.
Pre-Ordered Purchases – When placing your order our representative will schedule, with you, a pick up date and time frame. Our staff will have your order pulled and prepared for pick up to meet your schedule. We require that all material being picked up by outside sources have appropriate nursery tarps for loading and transport. We do not guarantee our plant material but guarantee its viability at the time of shipment. (refer to our Terms and Conditions). We reserve the right to refuse to load product on vehicles that visually appear to be unsafe to transport material off our any of our locations.
